The EHR authenticates the user and attests their PractitionerRole and Organization. SOSChain validates issuer, signature, audience, nonce, PKCE, and current FHIR resources.

Professional sign-in does not grant access to any person. Every data request requires separate exact-subject authorization or a valid, audited break-glass decision.
