SOSCHAIN Professional Privacy Information
Version 1.1.0. Fundación UNID, tax ID G02793479, processes account, acceptance, security and service-operation data for purposes it determines. It was entered in the Castilla y León Foundations Register by resolution of 23 February 2021; its published statutory address is Calle Condes de Gómara 6, 5C, Apartado 80, Soria, Spain, and its privacy and rights channel is contact@unid.es. The professional organisation is an independent controller for access and acts it determines unless a written agreement says otherwise. Each processing agreement must identify roles, processors, transfers and organisation-specific rights channels before activation.
Processing covers professional identity and contact, organisation, profession, membership and capabilities; authentication and devices; authorised subjects and operations; emergency justifications; communications; relevant consent or withdrawal; and audit and incidents. Bases include contract, legal duty, legitimate security interests, public task/public interest where applicable and relevant GDPR Article 9(2) conditions. Contract acceptance is neither research consent nor the basis for break-glass.
Each entity informs individuals about its own processing, recipients, transfers and periods. Rights belong to natural persons. An organisation may administer its contract and users but cannot withdraw a data subject’s consent in its own name or demand that termination erase legally required evidence. Complaints may be made to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
